Poigai Estates Subdivision
Located in Bentonville, AR, this new turnkey neighborhood from First Star Construction features 96 duplex style homes totaling 192 units. First Star Construction completed site preparation, utility installation and vertical construction on these homes.
Forest Hills Subdivision
Completed in February 2024, this neighborhood contains both Detached homes as well as Attached Townhome-Style apartments. This neighborhood contains 296 doors, and spans 2.5 acres.
Farmington Hills Subdivision
Located in Farmington, AR, this project began in October of 2021 and completed in May 2024. This subdivision spanned 16.5 acres and contained 57 duplex-style homes totaling 114 single family units. This was a turnkey project for First Star Construction, from dirt work to utilities and finally vertical construction.
Born’s Bend Subdivision
A total infrastructure package for First Star Construction, this new neighborhood is located in Fayetteville, AR.
